From now, until the end of the Heritage Project, we will be running a picture of the week feature. In our growing archive we have hundreds of pictures, but we don't always know where and when they were taken, or who is in them! These guys will all be in their twenties now! It was taken on an MRSN outing to Ghyll Head in the Lake District back in 2003. Are you one of the intrepid explorers or do you recognise somebody. Refugee Cultural Festival

Refugee Cultural Festival

On Saturday 18th June at Manchester Art Gallery MRSN held a special Refugee Cultural Festival. This event was part of the MRSN Heritage Project and aimed to help people from across the city to focus on the history of MRSN during Refugee Week. There were a number of exciting acts and performances; including Neda Naser, the City of Sanctuary Choir, Refugee Boy by Chorlton High School and Still We Rise, performed by WAST (WAST)-Women Asylum Seekers Together.
