This service is provided for individuals with refugee status only.
Before your meeting prepare 2 passport sized photos and your BRP (Biometric Residence Permit).
Please ensure your bank account has the sufficient funds to make the transaction, as all payments are made online.
Preparation Guides before your Travel Document meeting
Before completing your travel document, you will need to have the following checklist of documents. Please download a checklist below and bring these documents to any meetings about applying for a travel document.
If your travel document is late:
Please be aware, travel documents are taking 6 months to process by the Home Office during the pandemic. If you have a compassionate reason to travel, such as illness of a relative, please bring medical evidence to the drop in and we can help you in contacting the home office to speed up your application.
