MRSN has renovated an empty flat into a fully furnished office space.
The office space includes:
- A conference meeting room with space for 10 people. Room comes with a mounted TV on the wall for video conference calls and presentations.
- A room fully equipped with two computers and comfortable desks and seating areas.
- Bathroom facilities
- A small kitchen with fridge, cooking facilities and tea and coffee.
- A large landing area with room for extra working areas or table, depending on your needs.
The whole space is approximately 600 sq. ft and can comfortably facilitate between 10-20 people.
Please note that at present, this space is not accessible via wheelchair, as it is an upstairs property with a narrow staircase up.
Hire Rates
The present rates are as follows:
- £30 for 4 hours (half a day)
- £60 for a full day
- £250 for a full working week (Monday to Friday).

These prices have been fixed by the board of Manchester Refugee Support Network, and are therefore non-negotiable. The money raised by the renting of this office space goes directly back into the charity and enables us to do the important work of supporting refugees and asylum seekers.
