Latest news regarding government rules restrictions

As of the 31st December 2020, Greater Manchester moved into Tier 4. The video below explains the reasoning for this decision.

This means that you cannot leave or be outside of your place of living unless you have a reasonable excuse. Reasonable excuses include:

  • Work and volunteering
  • Essential activities ie to buy things at shops or obtain services from a business which is permitted to open in your Tier 4 area, but you should stay local.
  • Exercise and recreation
  • Education and childcare
  • Medical reasons, harm and compassionate visits.
  • Communal worship and life events

For a full explanation on each of these points, please visit government website here.

What this means for MRSN?

For this reason, MRSN will not be reopening our face to face services on the 4th January. Our face to face services will remain closed until further notice.

We will still be operating an online and on the phone service. For information on direct lines to call for different enquiries, please click here.
