Welcome back to picture of the week. Sorry we have been away!
MRSN is made up of many community organisations that show the highly diverse refugee culture of Manchester. One of the most active organisations is the Eritrean Merhaba Community Association(MCA). The archive has kindly been donated a large number of pictures of the organisations activities by Ibrahim Sirage. They show members celebrating EID and also receiving university certificates of recognition in 2013.
As well as charting the history of MRSN, our heritage project aims to show how many different communities have come together and show the amazing things can be achieved if people organiser and work together for change.
